Is there any universal graphics card amplifier?

The alienware graphics amplifier only works with their computers, so is there anything else like it that I can just plug in a desktop graphics card and plug it into my laptop to boost its performance? I have an MSI GT72, and I know MSI has a gaming dock but it did say it was for the GS30 so would that work with a GT72?

No. it use a proprietary docking port.

Cunning design plan from MSI then. I'll have to screw around with PCI-E adapters and power supplies then, but thanks for the help!
