Is there any US shops that ships to Finland with good prices?

Looking for a shop that ships to Finland and doesn't have huge prices. I'll probably buy a GTX 970 but In Finland it costs 400 Euros while In USA It's 350$ what is something like 330 Euros.

Amazon ships to pretty much everywhere, including Finland.

It says Finland there. Where did you see just Puerto Rico and US?

It does ship to Finland but it costs over 200$ So I think I'll just get them from Finland.
