I already know VPN & disabling Web-Rtc but still it seems ISP tracking me down and as soon as i try to open foreigner websites or use VPN my speed cuts to less than half (most of times) is there any way to stop ISP from tracking me ? it would be better if i could do it with a chrome extension, overall it makes me sick to know there is always someone to track everything i do, although i'm not doing anything wrong.

Also, keep in mind the further away the site server is, the slower the speeds will be. That's why there are different download mirrors for security software and updates.

Pretty sure using a VPN often results in reduced speed (or at least higher latency). It's entirely possible the speed reduction has nothing to do with your ISP. What exactly has led you to conclude your ISP is actively tracking you?

1. Using a VPN almost certainly slows down your overall performance. Another set of servers to go through.

2. Keep your ISP from tracking you? That's like hiding your house address from the mailman.
