[SOLVED] Is there any way to connect a SATA 2.5' SSD to an M.2 Slot?

My new laptop (Dell G5 15 SE 5505) comes with two M.2 slots, one which has the boot drive and the other empty. I have a spare 2.5' SSD that I would like to include. There is an empty space in the laptop for 2.5' drives right under the M.2 slots, but no SATA ports are present. Is there any way to use the 2nd M.2 port to connect my SATA drive?

Look around page 31.
In the article I found this in it says if you have the larger battery that there is no space for the drive. The smaller battery version should have the tray beside that position and shows a cable connector next to the inside corner (upper right of the drive).
I should've mentioned mine is the G15 5505. Still, mine has the smaller battery, and I'm not sure if there is a sata connector in the same place. Here's a picture:
