First verify what WIN + C is doing:
Reference:

From the link:
Windows logo key + C | Open Chat from Microsoft Teams. Updated in Windows 11. |
(Opens Cortana on my Windows 10 system.)
Check to ensure that the combination has not already been remapped in some manner.
Then look for a Microsoft link with details regarding remapping Window shortcuts/key presses.
For example:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/keyboard-manager
(You can find other non-microsoft links. Some present the same basic information but may help with more explanation and examples.)
Once you have determined what needs to be done and how to do it, then test.
Be sure that the test system is fully backed up and proven recoverable. Make only one key/shortcut change at a time and verify that the change works and continues to work through several boots and other system work. Beware the "Law of Unintended Consequences".
However, I suggest a different approach: simply live with the occassional mistypes. Consider that you will become more self aware of when you are likely to mistype and slow down to avoid doing so. The problem becomes somewhat moot.
I have some arthritis and must be careful around certain keys and key combinations. Backspace, Delete, etc. are my friends.
No need to remap keys.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
