Is there any way to do a clean install of windows but keep my programs

I want to reinstall windows since my drivers are all screwy but I don't want to lose the games I had installed. Is there a way to do this?

No. If you do a clean install, you will have to reload all the programs. If you have put "My Documents" on a primary partition separate from the one your OS is on, you can keep all those files and folders, including your game saves, profiles, etc.
