[SOLVED] Is there any way to downgrade Gigabyte Aorus B560M BIOS from F7 to F6 ?

After BIOS update many problems appeared, starting with not working windows freezing or not being able to access BIOS setup. Even worse, after a few minutes in BIOS setup (if it opens) language changes itself to half chinese .... tried downgrade with no success " invalid bios file" every time ... anybody can help ?

Sounds like the flash was not fully successful. You could try to reflash F7 again.

go to bios and make sure xmp/docp memory profile is on
