Is there any way to know that motherboard is used or new?
Actually I am going to get pc builded from someone
As here are many people who are giving old mobo as new so I need help in this

The only way you can be confident of getting new parts in a PC is by the reputation of whoever is building it. Also, common sense helps as if it seems to cheap to be new parts then they probably aren't.

You can determine if most any SSD or HDD is new by looking at SMART data (a utility such as HWInfo or Crystal Disk Info reveals SMART data) which usually shows operating hours and number of power cycles. If those are high and the seller is alleging 'brand new' then their reputation is busted and no reason to believe the motherboard is new either.

If board is not covered with dirt, grease, scratches, dust and other signs of being used somewhere it most likely is new. Or well kept which is equally good. Anyway if you can't trust anyone to build a new system for you then you must purchase whole new system in store or all new parts by yourself.
