I want to install Project Maelstrom browser but the software don't give any choice to choose different install location and will install to C drive... I'm using SSD, and the browser write significant amount of data if you stream videos which is a big problem for SSD... I have already moved Documents, Download etc to my Hard Disk but not AppData folder... So, I was wondering if you can move any specific folder from AppData -> Roaming/Local to another folder located on a hard disk with any specific software ?
I'm using Windows 8.1.

Can you? Of course you can. Should you? Definitely not if you need to ask if it's possible without first checking MSDN and technet.

As for SSD issues, I doubt it. Even 256GB drives have >100TB write life cycles, which is basically ~6000 hours of video from something like netflix
