My friend has the same card and get at least 60 fps on all games as i get 30(and yes we both have the same settings)
but his CPU is an intel G1610 (and what overclocking software would i be using because the bios has nothing of the sort)
well if you have no overclocking options in your bios then it means your motherboard or CPU does not support overclocking unfortunately...so there is not much you can do about it other than a motherboard and CPU upgrade...
you could always try to overclock your CPU but your graphics card is very weak so i doubt your CPU is hendering it's performance...might be depending on the resolution but you're in big need for higher performance parts both on CPU and GPU.
