A short while back I bought a used LG W2363D. At the time the hdmi ports didn't work, and now the DVI port doesn't work either. The monitor still turns on, but can't detect a signal no matter what I do. Today I opened it up and found that it has both a 51 pin, and a 41 pin connector that both go to the panel. I don't have a disposable oven I can use to try and heat the board, nor do I have a heat gun, and so my only cost friendly options are: buy a new motherboard (if I knew where to buy them from), or buy a monitor that has the panel smashed and use the motherboard from that. I guess my main question is which of the two options are more viable and how would I go about executing said option? Or is there a third better option?
