Question Is there any way to tell if a graphics card has no problems in person?

Hey guys, I'm buying a used gtx 660 that comes with the box tomorrow from someone off kijiji at a mcdonalds. I'm paranoid that I'm going to get a graphics card with problems. Is there any way I could check or test if it's in working condition while I'm in public?

Unless you decide to bring your full desktop to McDonalds to test there's nothing really you can check.

You can maybe check to the see if the fans spin freely and if there are no odd markings on the back of the GPU if it's exposed.
