Question Is there any way to underclock my rx 580 8gb vram speed 2000 to 1750 mhz ?

Lowest limit is 1950 mhz in both msi after burner and radeon softwares own tuning, but i want to go lower than that. Is there any way to do this ?

A lot of people have successfully modded the BIOS on the RX 580. With a modded BIOS you can set the clock speed to anything you like. A major drawback of this is the chance the flash procedure will not succeed, resulting in a bricked GPU. I modded over half a dozen RX 400 and 500 series GPUs probably over 2 dozen times. I believe I bricked one at least twice. I was also able to successfully recover them through forced flashing via the command line interface, however that was a tricky process that required persistent trial and error attempts and secondary GPUs.

TLDR; modding the BIOS is tricky and can result in a non-functioning GPU.

If you were to take on this endeavor, be sure to make a backup of the original BIOS and do not lose it. You can flash a BIOS with settings that simply do not work. You will need a good BIOS to flash back to it.
