[SOLVED] Is there any way to use this microphone for phones to computer?

Good day! My friend gave me this microphone and i was wondering if i can use it on the computer. It only works for phones. Is there any way?
I tried plugging the microphone directly to the computer (windows 10) but it doesn't detect it.

Does it work with a phone?
On a computer - you will probably need a 4-to-dual-3 split cable
