Hi. Is there any way to reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate and keep all programs installed and files etc? Like a system refresh or so.I have a SENS service error and my pc gone crazy...
I don't care to keep the license or anything like that, I would like to know if there is any way, geek etc

Yes, you can do a repair installation. You will have to re-update Windows, but it saves your programs and data. HERE is a good guide. To be safe backup important data first. Also, just use your install key to reactivate after everything is working well.
