Is there anyone that can tell me how to stop this altering Resolution

I have Windows 7 my resolution is set at 1920 x 1080. After a length of time it chainges to 800 x 600. The time it lasts varies and it also goes back to normal after the same length of time.

Normally, this happens when you're playing a game with a different resolution than your desktop default. If you weren't playing games, here's a few tips:

- Check that you have the latest video card drivers.
- Check if the monitor itself is faulty or not.
- Disable any screen savers you might have
- Check your computer for trojans / malware
- Do a System Restore to a time when your computer was behaving properly
