[SOLVED] Is there anything like PCIE ARGB?

Is there anything like this? I have RGB headers but not ARGB, so what hardware can I get to plug in ARGB?
To be specific, I have 4 pin 12v headers, and I'm wondering how to plug in 5v 3 pin headers, since they are not compatible.

The one you linked specifically states "Only work with 5V Header RGB Motherboards" All the ones I've found are either 12v, or require your mobo to have 5v header.

Yes, but you won’t be able to take full advantage of the “addressable” part of the argb. The argb lighting will have very limited functionality beyond the functionality of normal rgb
