Is there anything that I am missing in this build?

I'm working on my first PC build, so I want to be thorough. Heres a list of what I'm going to be running.

CPU: AMD FX-4350 4.2GHz Quad-Core
Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+
Memory: Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card: AMD FirePro 2270 512MB
Case: NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply: Rosewill 750W ATX12V / EPS12V
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)
Monitor: HP G9W86A6#ABA 18.5"

The case comes with 3, 120mm fans so cooling shouldnt be an issue. But other that that is there anything els I'll need to make the system work? Also how am I doing for a first build? Its going to be around $750 after rebate!

Mainly for gaming, but also a bit of a workstation.

That video card would be terrible for gaming. That cpu is a bad choice. The FX6300 or even FX8320 would be much better for similar price.

All of that doesn't matter considering you can get an i5 in a $750 build.

Well, that being said i might want to look into changing somethings. But what about the original question. Is there any other components that I'll need?

Cool. Thanks for the feedback. Also I want to go with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 but that over shoots my budget by about 200. Another thing is that I didn't even look past 4 Cores because I thought that it would be a lot more expensive.

If rendering is important to you, this would be a great alternative. I'm gaming is the most important thing, I would get an i3 over ANY AMD cpu.

I'm not sure why you are wanting an GTX770 when you can get a R9 290 for $30-50 cheaper that just destroys it in performance.

Also, a FX6300 is TERRIBLE for a build so expensive. It would be holding back a 770 or 290 in heavy gaming.

What about the Sapphire R9 270X 4GB 100364-4GL? Its much less expensive and seems to do well with BF4, if you can use that as a benchmark.

The 270x is a good video card. It's the bare minimum I would get for 1080p. The 280 for just $20 more is much better though. Sapphire makes excellent AMD cards.

Your budget is kind of all over the place though.

Cool. My budget IS all over the place right now. But when it was at around $900 because of the GTX 770 that was like a really weird bottleneck filled dream... But its going to be something like $800 or $850. Thanks for ALL the feedback! When I get it all ordered I'll post what all I got and how it all works together!
