I'm on a budget and I'm trying to get a bit of recording at 60fps on some lower end games, TF2, CS:GO, Rocket League, and 30 fps recording on higher end games.

Looks fine for your purposes, not a fan of the CX line of PSUs, but an 850 is overkill for this rig so should be fine.
