Hello, i have been struggling with this problem for about a month, my computer has been freezing and completely locking up in games and even on Netflix. I have found that DPC latency is kinda high i have tried many many solutions, i have purchased a new mobo and CPU, new ram, new PSU cables, fresh install of windows 10 build 1903, old windows build of 1803, new HDD and SSD, also removed my GPU and ran on intel graphics and still had the same result. every single power setting that has ever been made...but still havent replaced my PSU thats just about the last part that i know to try and the only thing that changed before this happened is i purchased a mixer (still happens without it unplugged), and i upgraded my internet to gigabit i also tried a new cable. I have a edgerouter x and a spectrum modem (PC20), and a Netgear Nighthawk for an access point. If you have any other questions just let me know. Hopefully someone can help with this very irritating problem!!

PC specs:
I9 9900k (not overclocked)
Asus ROG Maximus XI Hero (WiFi)
EVGA 1080TI FTW3
16GB Corsair Dominator x2 (3200MHZ)
Seasonic MK II 850W

CONCLUSION
_
Your system seems to be having difficulty handling real-time audio and other tasks. You may experience drop outs, clicks or pops due to buffer underruns. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 12:56:49 (h🇲🇲ss) on all processors.

Reported CPU speed: 360 MHz

Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results.

WARNING: the CPU speed that was measured is only a fraction of the CPU speed reported. Your CPUs may be throttled back due to variable speed settings and thermal issues. It is suggested that you run a utility which reports your actual CPU frequency and temperature.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 1421.653333
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 3.097437

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 1419.662222

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: microsoft.msn.news.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults 20342
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 3646
Number of processes hit: 68

I'd try another power supply. Scoop one up at the local store and return it via return policy if necessary. You don't even have to take out the initial psu and cables. Just set the test psu somewhere safe, close to the system and plug it into the motherboard, graphics card and drive(s). Seasonics are some of the best psus, but all manufacterors are subject to defective units. I had to recently return an evga g3 650w because my computer would not post randomly.

Another odd thing is that system interrupts is jumping up in task manager and if the computer does lock up I can unplug my Ethernet cable and the computer will almost immediately catch up.

Your older hardware probably didn't stress your power supply like this new system can. If you're power supply is no longer under warranty, that's just one more reason to replace it. If anything happens to your internal components and the cause is your old power supply, it will not be covered by Seasonic.
It was happing with my older hardware is the only reason that I even upgraded

so i got the 1000 g+ and still freezing complete lock ups now everything locks up and i have to reboot the only old parts now are the 1080ti FTW3 and my Samsung 850 EVO
