Ok, so before I go ahead and buy these parts is there anything wrong with it?

if it fits your budget then get a motherboard with a 970 or 990 series chipset

head to newegg and search for AMD motherboards with hose chipsets . Starting price is under $100

The "cougar" psu may be an issue

Corsair TX 650 is a good solid and proven psu , and a bit cheaper too
