is there anyway to revert this to default the sound tab without reformatting my pc

Just right click, there are options to hide disabled devices. It doesn't need you to format your PC in the slightest.

ok u see

i have a samsung earbuds and i troubleshoot it and it turned into headset and as seen in the pic and now sounds changed now i cant switch it back to default i just want it to be reset so if i plug my earbuds again it will install again and sound is default

I`m not sure what you are asking here.

But if you are switching from headphones, to desktop system speakers.
Plug the speakers into the same green coloured jack or playback 2.5mm jack port of your system.

Once done right click on windows sound manager, and select either playback or recording devices once the jacks of the devices are connected to there 2.5mm jack port inputs of your system.

For example if you connected your speakers and when to playback.
The speakers Icon in the playback box for sound will turn green.
Right click on the Icon and from the pull down menu select set as default playback device.

Once you do that any sound from windows will come from the desktop speakers.

To revert back to headphones when you connect the Audio jack into the system via the green sound output coloured jack on the motherboard or case.

Simply again just right click on the headphones and set them as the default playback device.

That is how you get sound to the headphones or a desktop speaker setup when connected to your system Xzteel.
Give it a try.

i plugged in the front it says headset
whenever i plugged in the back it says Speakers

i wanna get rid of that headset but whenever i do i plug in the front i have no sounds i have no choice but to enable Headset

i got the problem since i troubleshoot it and windows asking me if This driver is ok i clicked next and etc
and idk im stupid for not reading it then after that it switched to headset and now whenever i try to troubleshoot it again i doesnt work

and i have this 2 things

NVM i fixed it by reinstalling realtek audio thanks guys!
