Question Is there anyway to OC core 2 duo e7400 without bios pls help

I've seen all videos on utube regarding OC but all of them were doing it with bios and i dont have an option in bios to OC,and even in setfsb i don't see my clock gen so what should i do? pls help

Would have done that but currently finance are so fricking low btw i live in India so things are pretty complicated too u just cant ask for a new pc for gaming d'uh . If u would've benn living here u would've known but thnx i would like to bother
