Question Is there cast- compatible video player? Or how to eliminate 4k video tearing on LG C3?

Hi there, I've 40-s series video card HDMI 2.1 (good quality) VRR + G-sync + V-sync are enabled; no issues in games everything is smooth and fine but video, especially 4k videos produce noticeable tearing. I've checked many options including HW acceleration and without it; different exclusive full screen modes; different players; I have tried to switch my TV to Filmmaker mode and various other modes; screen tearing is still noticeable; the only way it disappears is when I use 'Cast to device' option from windows menu; it does not work correctly in most cases it breaks aspect ration and restricts my ability to switch languages and use subtitles, but there is no tearing. So I see my device is capable to show video correctly, but I can't find a right way to do it. Do you have any ideas how to do that? Perhaps some sort of renderer or specific player can do it? It is good to have ability to control my system and switch languages/subtitles as well...

In Nvidia Control Panel check scaling options.
Make sure, scaling is set to GPU (not monitor).

Thanks, I checked it, it was on Display option, but it did not affect media player behavior, there is still noticeable tearing, especially in high contrast scenes; I tried to use Cast to device mode, it did not change either, there is wrong aspect ration and perhaps lower resolution (what is strange considering it is 4k video) but those scenes play smoothly. I had an idea that there is frame shortage, it is 23.976 FPS, but OLED must be capable to work that as well, there is no tearing in cast mode, so I think there is something wrong with content type player sends to TV.
