[SOLVED] Is there ddr4 1866mhz or 1600mhz?

I got Xeon e5 2620v3 that supports only ddr4 1600mhz/1866mhz, and i have only 2x afox ddr4 2400mhz 8gb ram
When i run system it doesnt see my ram modules. should i lower the frequency ? what i doing wrong?

these days 2133Mhz is minimum
ddr4 was inititialy speced for 1600-3200MHz, but due to ddr3 going way past its limits (2133MHz), ddr4 specs changed (as ddr 3 was supposed to end at 1600MHz)
so that initial ddr4 which was running on servers before it hit consumer market was old ddr4 spec
its not like they dont exist, but they are overprized and have low ram capacity
