Is there difference between 4Ghz and 4.5Ghz in games ?

I currently have my i7 4770k running at 4Ghz and i was wondering whether pushing it to 4.5Ghz will make difference in games or not
if it is going to make difference then i wanna know about how many FPS will be increased

Not true at all, you can get anywhere from 1-15 depending on how cpu intensive the game is. Games like GTA 4 that are reliant on your cpu can boost your fps greatly. Like someone else said to a question similar to this,

In games that tend to be CPU dependent, like BF3, assuming GPU is good enough not to limit frame-rates, then OC of CPU is likely to give a good boost. In other games, less CPU dependent, especially if system is bottle-necked, by a poor GPU, then all the CPU overclocking, in the world, will achieve little or nothing"
