Well Intel xeon's processor doesn't have integrated graphics card.
Intel core processor have integrated graphics card.
If I put neck to neck performance intel's xeon cpu and intel core's cpu with a 1050ti GPU.
Is there performance boost for intel's core cpu and 1050ti gpu cause it already have integrated graphics card? And is the slightly slow performance for intel's xeon cpu and 1050ti gpu ?

Conclusion::Is the APU and CPU with same graphics have performance difference?(while gaming?)

You will need to give us some context, by providing the models for the two processors you want to pair from the server/HDET end and the mainstream end. As for the platforms, once has ECC support for rams while the other doesn't. On another note, overclocking is limited on the Xeon's to ensure reliability. Intel's don't have an APU, you might want to get some terms straight.
