Is there much difference between the i5 4690 and the i5 4460

I would like to make a budget pc for gaming but no hardcore gaming. I'm getting gtx 750 ti, 8 gbs of ram but I cant decide whether to go for the i5 4460 or the i5 4690. Is it worth spending the extra for the 4690? Also I don't wan to OC because I am not confident with raising clock speeds. Plz give your opinion. Thanks for reading

I would say go for i3 and spend the rest on a better gpu (the 750 ti is a very nice card though) but if you can get something like 270x or gtx 960 you will get obviously.better gaming results
