is there much of a difference in these cards? which ones better?

i found this card recently

i compared on gpu boss and it says the gigabyte one is better but the tests have the same results. and the evga one has like 5% more clock speed which isnt much. which one should i get?? and do they both have shadowplay? also why do different companies make the same cards with the same specs for similiar price??

yea gpuboss isn't the most reliable. I will say that evga is a trusted company when it comes to gpu. gigabyte isn't bad either but evga is better. the clock speed difference wont matter much as you said. it doesn't matter what the manufacture is shadowplay will be available on both of them. for the last question it is just competition also prices are always changing as well.
