Is there someone to build a PC for me?

So, I plan on bulding a PC and i'm wondering if I don't succeed in doing it then can I always just call someone up and pay 50 bucks and they can set it up for me. I don't know anyone who knows how to build one.

Check for local PC Repair shops in your area. They probably offer a service like that.
