is there something wrong with my cooler? 5820k @ 43c idle after cleaning

ambient temp avg: 25c

my pc was idling today at 65c. (this has been the norm the past week, 55c - 65c)

went to staples, completely blew everything out w compressed air.

started pc, 43c

its a 5820k @ 4.2 ghz // 1.25v

fan setup is push / pull intake (corsair H110i GTX) from front bottom of case to cpu, 1 rear top exhaust, and i opened up 2 modu vents on the top of my case to let additional hot air rise. fractal r5 case

is my pump broken? do I need to get someone to reapply thermal paste? I'm not confident in my abilities to do that so I'd have to take my pc somewhere.

You can start with the thermal paste which is not hard to do and there are many guides out there.
If nothing changes then there is something wrong with the cooler.
