Is there something wrong with my RAM and CPU

Hello, I was looking through my task manager and noticed that my CPU is using around 4.3ghz when its only 4.0ghz, is that bad? And also it says the RAM has 10gb cached, what does that mean and is it okay? Also does all the other visible info look okay as well? Kind of a noob when it comes to this.

It has a base frequency of 4.0GHz, but a turbo boost frequency of up to 4.4GHz.

Everything looks normal.
