Is there somthing similar to the AIW from ATI?

HI, I wanted to know if there is something similar to the old AIW cards from ATI that allowed you to capture content from tv display content from tv and all that with a HMDI interface? Some thing that will turn the computer into an over powered tivo/set up box?

i really wouldn't consider an HD3650 new
i wish they would do this for the HD4xxx series

err well i was thinking for the 4xxx series, but does the newer AIWs have a fanless config? trying to make an aio computer that can be used as NAS, BT box, and HTPC all in one that's on 24/7 and is fanless or uses larger 120 mm fan controlled only fans for it

in a matx or even smaller format (itx?)

Well, if you're looking for a fanless, HD4 series solution, I'd probably recommend going with a standard graphics card and a separate TV Tuner card
