Is there way t temporarily disable SLI

I have not, previously, used SLI, so am not conversant with set-up requirements. My question is this; if running two nVidia cards, in SLI, and want to run a specific piece of software (eg Adobe CS6), which does not support SLI, is it possible to temporaily disable it, so software and system only "see" the first card, and then re-instate SLI, afterwards (ideally short of disconnecting, and removing, second card, each time)?
I also note, in the SLI sticky, that the list of SLI able cards does not seem to include (unless I've missed it) the GTX670. Is that just a case of not added, yet, or is there an "issue" with the 670, in SLI?
Many thanks.

Just disable SLi via the Nvidia control panel as suggested by Swifty and the SLi sticky is just in need of an update, the GTX670 does indeed support SLi.
