Is thermaltake smart 530w a good and capable psu?

So i found a pretty good deal for this psu and i want to know if this is a good psu fr my system?
My Specs:
Intel core i7-870
4GB Ram
Force3D Radeon HD 5750
2tb Hard Drive
so?
(btw can this psu power a GTX 670 ?)

i just bought this PSU along with a sapphire r9 270x dual x but it(PSU) keeps heating up after 5 mins of gameplay.i dont know why.
