is Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 750Watts Good deal or not?

i order Evga SuperNova G2 750watts and nzxt s340 elite matte black.. and they told me the psu is out of stock (they suggest this thermaltake toughpower grand rgb 750watts)

i kinda force to buy it because i cant use my s340 elite without psu obviously so ya (i cant wait another 3 days to inquiry and 1 week of delivery and ya i kinda push my self to buy it)

the downside is its rgb and im gonna use s340 elite which is it has psu shroud...... (Sorry for my bad english)
