while playing fortnite and i had discord and steam openned in the background... is the cpu temp and usage fine?

Everything looks great to me. You generally want to keep the cpu below 90C. Your RAM is getting close to being maxed out with those 3 applications, so you might want to think about getting 16Gb eventually.
