If they are compatible what do you think is the best choise among them or what kits of rams are the best choice for that combo???

Yes they will both be compatible.
Opt for the 3200MHz (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) as the higher speed will be more useful than the CAS Latency difference on a Ryzen system.
