Question Is ThinkPad P17 Gen 2 Intel adequate for Architecture modeling and rendering?

Oct 25, 2021
I am an architect and need to buy a new laptop for work. I got lost lately finding the right specs that I would need, that's why I would love your help please.
I work with different types of software that require different types of specifications: 3D modeling: Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, 3dsMax and Revit.
Render: Vray, Lumion, Photshops
I could work on very small projects, or large ones with a parametric design.

Apparently, the workstations seem to be the best for my purpose. My budget would be around 2500 CAD and I found the following model interesting:ThinkPad P17 Gen 2 Intel (17") - Mobile Workstation:
