Question Is this 16gb ram? Coz i am getting 8gb when installing both rams

I have these rams it is a dual channel package my concern is i am not sure that it was 8gb total or 16gb. When i used to game with these installed i dont remember the ram memory but not it is giving me 8 gb when both installed can you tell me what gb are these rams photos are below.

Package on front shows 8GB. And shows 2x4 = 8GB. It's 8GB.
