is this $200 pc better than my old pc

AMD PHENOM II X4 B93 2.8ghz
12gb ddr3
AMD RADEON HD-5750
windows 8 64 bit

my old:
AMD Phenom X4 9500(2.2GHz)
8gb ddr2
Radeon HD 4850
window vista

my old one played everything I wanted but it crapped out on me, and i just want a cheap alternative until i finally build a big time gaming pc eventually.

thanks for the responses guys, do you think I would be able to max starcraft 2 with this? or am i asking for too much lol

5750 and 4850 are basically the same card with the earlier having lower power consumption and direct x 11 support.
I don't think there is much performance difference between the two phenom processors.

my uncle has it, and from the times i use it it seems to be in pretty good condition. do you think its a good deal? also do you think it has potential to be upgraded in the future via new processor/card?

If you looking for future upgrades then i would actually look at getting a new system as you cannot guarantee the lifespan on a second hand unit, atleast with a new system you have peace of mind with regards to the warranties.
