Is this 24" a good buy?

There's a guy here selling Acer x243w black for $230. I don't see it on Newegg, so I think it's an older version. Here is a link from office depot:

It isn't the greatest 24" out there (it's a TN), but if you aren't too picky, that's a great price for a 24" when most TN based ones go for $350-$450, and the really good ones go for $700.
