Is this 2600/B450/RX580 build good enough to last me until Ryzen3/Navi?

I am in desperate need to build a new rig and want something that will still be good enough for current games, but have its CPU/Board/GPU replaced come autumn.

The ryzen 7 is at the same price as 2600... no brainer here.
Then the OS, you can simply buy online for 25$ legal...and use the money and get a 1070.
