Hey all,

I need your opinions and help regarding this situation. Would my $400 be better spent on a new system or is this still a great value buy?
I came across a fella selling off this system; which he has assured me has no inherent problems whatsoever. After I found out how old some of the systems are, I have had my concerns to whether this would be a wise purchase. Trawling the internet for the right place to ask has led me here. Much appreciated and thanks!

** I have bought the entire system**

Well if the parts are in really good condition go for it, seems like a lot of peripherals as well, I would replace the psu though with an xfx, antec or seasonic one, 1000w is SO overkill. or you can get this

Thanks sparestuff,

Quick update. I bought out the entire system and will be getting it up and about soon. The casing is huge and the peripherals are in fairly good condition. I may enquire about a cpu cooler and cable management once I get pics of this.
