Is this build good? I'm gonna use I5 4690K and OC it, so i pick Z97 Mobo

Could be worthwhile aiming for a quad core CPU. If there's any room left in your budget.

If you are gonna get the i5 and not the i3, then everything looks good except for the power supply. I strongly caution against buying a $23 psu. That particular one has no safety features. If that goes down it could end up taking your whole system with it. I'd recommend spending at least $15 more for the psu and save yourself a potential headache down the road.

You won't need an aftermarket HS/FAN on that i3-4150/60 CPU.
