Is this $600 build good?

I am wondering if this build is good, and it's only about $600. (CPU and MOBO COMBO, $70 cheaper)

AMD FX-8320
ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
G.Skill Ares 8GB (2x4GB)
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 3.5"
Zotac GTX 970 4GB DDR5
NZXT Source 210
Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze
Total Wattage: 369W

Very nice build for that price, but for the GTX970 i would prefer the Asus, Evga or MSI edition's.

I went with EVGA for their selection. My SSC ACX 2.0 can go past 1500 MHz.

Out of the box the MSI one will perform the best. Although Evga has different models. I would suggest buying Evga.
