Solution
Here is an i5 4690k for $240 USD and a 980ti for $660 USD Combined would be 900 USD and your current 2 are about $930 USD

Completely up to you, you would see some better performance with the i5 and 980ti combo for gaming, but it you want to go even further you can get an i5 6600k for $270 USD.
You will need a LGA 1151 compatible motherboard if you take the 6700k or the 6600k.
Also with a build with a high end GPU and CPU, I would recommend upgrading to 16gb of DDR4 RAM.

GPU 980ti -...

This is great!

err, it's pretty good, i would rather go with an i5 and a 980ti, but that's up to your personal preference. By the way, the motherboard and CPU you chose aren't compatible. Skylake cpu's run on the lga-1151 socket, and the motherboard you chose is an lga-1150 socket board.

And if you are going with skylake, once you have a LGA1151 socket board you should choose DDR4 ram instead of DDR3 ram.

Solution
Well, newegg actually has a 9 item combo which includes both the i7-6700k and the 980ti for less than $1800 😵
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.2542612
I'm not 100% sure about the PSU or the motherboard in this combo (I don't know about the reputation of this company "supermicro" but damn is it a good deal.

Anyways, i5 + 980ti should be about the same price as i7 6700k+980.
If you go with a skylake processor, get DDR4, if you go with haswell, go DDR3.

So then is this better?
CPU COOLER: CORSAIR LIQUID H100I
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 16 GB 2X8
CASE: RAZER NZXT
PSU: EVGA GOLD 80+ 1000W
GPU: GTX 980ti
SSD: SAMSUNG EVO 250GB
HDD: 1TB WD BLUE
CPU: Intel i5 6600k skylake
MOBO: compatible

can you link me a mobo for like 110 dollars which is the budget i have and well the ram is ddr4

I would go with a motherboard like this one. NCIX has it listed for 112 USD right now.

Also doing a little more research on a 6600k for myself i noticed that it does not come with a stock cpu cooler. You will need this to run your computer for more than 2 min.

I would recommened just getting something simple like a Hyper T2 which you can find here for 19 USD
http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-TX3-RR-910-HTX3-G1/dp/B0028Y4S9K/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1449121286&sr=8-2&keywords=hyper+t2

If your budget is super strict then i would say get 8gb of ram for now and then in a month or so when you can spare $50 buy an additional 8gb of ram, that way you can afford to buy the cpu cooler as well.

Best of luck with your build!!
