[SOLVED] Is this a 550v power supply or a 230v power supply?

I am confused to this power supply it is saying mwe 550 white 230v and would it be enough and safe for a gtx 960 2gb

Is the one you mentioned a better psu, is it 600w?

The EVGA 450 GD is also a good unit, can get that as well. 450 W is more than enough for a GTX 960, and you get gold rating instead of bronze on the above power supply, which means lower power consumption overall. It's up to you which to choose between these two.

If he's buying a power supply, he should get a good one to account for future upgrades as well, and from what I can tell, he's looking to buy the MWE 550, and doesn't already have it, so why not get a good unit if you have the budget for it?

Thanks for this information i will look at both of these psu’s these are good for a budget build, i will most likely get the gold rating
