[SOLVED] Is this a bad panel?

I just bought this monitor and never had IPS before this is the LG27GL850. It's mainly the bottom left im concerned about it just seems way to bright even in game i lose quite abit of detail in my bottom left corner from how bright it is.

I would return it. While IPS glow affects all IPS panels the amount can vary from monitor to monitor and that amount, at least for me, would ruin immersion. You should return that one and get another as it (hopefully) won't be as bad.
