Just wondering if this is a balanced build also is the version of the gtx 970 I picked the top one just want the best version of the 970 I can get

Thank you for the reply I was wondering about the mb I think I will go with the on you suggested I've been researching for about a week in a half their is a lot of different stuff out their backed by mixed reviews this will be my first build kinda nervous
